Republic ARC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement reported to us.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content published on republicarc.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact. Your notice must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. The exact URL or location on our Site where the allegedly infringing material is located, so we can find it. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where to Send Notices

Send your DMCA notice to contact@republicarc.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request.” Incomplete notices may not be actioned, so please include all of the information listed above.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable timeframe. We may also notify the party who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Republic ARC reserves the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
